Terms of Use
These terms are between you and Лихохрай К.Л.. By creating an account or continuing to use SharkMobile, you accept these terms, the Community Rules and the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
SharkMobile is a free app for a community of athletes: a shared chat and forums, news, articles and answers, sports tools and a personal training log. Features may evolve.
2. Not medical care
Calculations, levels, tips, articles and members' posts are informational. They are not a diagnosis, prescription or substitute for professional care. Stop exercise and seek help for dangerous symptoms.
3. Account and security
- You must be 18+ and provide accurate registration data.
- Do not share passwords or codes; use a device lock.
- You are responsible for account activity until you notify us of compromise.
- We may require reauthentication or revoke suspicious sessions for security.
4. Training log
Log entries are stored on your device. If you turn on backup, they are also kept on our server and restored when you sign in on another device. You are responsible for the values you enter and decisions based on them; the app does not prescribe or evaluate anything.
5. Community and your content
You confirm rights to material you post and grant a limited, royalty-free license to store, process and display it in the service. Follow the Community Rules. Reporting and blocking are available; violating content may be hidden or removed and accounts restricted.
6. Prohibited use
No hacking, attempts to defeat security, malicious code, automated overload, unauthorized data collection, fraud, impersonation, transferring an account to others, advertising or commercial offers, links to messengers or third-party sites, illegal content, rights infringement or use as an emergency medical channel.
7. Ownership
Code, brand, illustrations and editorial content belong to the operator or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, personal, non-commercial license.
8. Availability and liability
Key sections work offline and we take reasonable reliability measures, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Where law permits, we are not liable for indirect losses or decisions based on user data, members' posts or informational calculations.
9. Changes and termination
We notify material changes in-app or by email. Delete your account to terminate. Serious or repeated violations may lead to restriction with an appeal path where lawful.
10. Law and contact
Russian Federation law applies, while mandatory rights in your place of residence remain where applicable. Send a pre-dispute request to support@1sharkshop.com; ordinary response time is within 30 days. Full controller details are available upon lawful request.
