Delete account and data
The fastest route is inside the app. If you cannot access your device, submit the request below.
Method 1. In the app
- Open Profile.
- In the data section, choose Delete account.
- Confirm with your password. The account is deleted immediately and active sessions are revoked.
Method 2. Web request
We complete a web request once we confirm it came from the account owner; usually replying to our email from the same address is enough.
What is deleted
- account, profile, active sessions, devices and push tokens;
- the server backup of your training log: workouts, measurements, progress photos, custom exercises and settings;
- your community profile: nickname, avatar, "about me" text, training card, chat membership and blocks.
What is retained
Messages you already posted in the community stay in the conversation but are no longer linked to your account. The record of a completed deletion request is kept for up to 90 days. Server backups normally rotate out within 30 days and are never used to restore deleted accounts.
A training log stored only on your phone is removed together with the app. Server deletion cannot erase a file you already exported or data on a device that remains offline: sign out and uninstall the app on such devices.
