SharkMobile is an app for a community of athletes: a shared chat and forums, news, articles and answers, sports tools and a personal training log. The data controller is Лихохрай К.Л.. Contact for the app, website and personal data: support@1sharkshop.com.
1. Scope and age
This policy covers the SharkMobile app, this website, support and the community. The service is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
2. Data we process

Your training log stays on your phone. Workouts, measurements, weight and progress photos reach our server only if you turn on backup in the log settings; backup is off by default. You can turn it off and delete the server copy at any time.
We do not request or process bank card details, postal addresses or phone numbers. We do not share personal data for advertising or use it in advertising.
3. Legal bases
Most data comes from you; technical data comes from your device and our servers. We process it to perform the terms of use, with your consent (notifications, log backup), to comply with law, and in our legitimate interest in protecting the service and the community. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
4. Recipients
Only as needed for a feature: hosting providers; Apple and Google for push notifications and app integrity checks; an email delivery provider for verification codes and password resets; community moderators; and authorities only under a lawful request. Cross-border processing uses available contractual and technical safeguards.
5. Retention

6. Your rights
You may request access, a copy, correction, restriction, consent withdrawal and deletion. Notification and backup settings are in the app. Delete your account in your profile or use the web deletion page. We may verify account ownership and normally respond within 30 days or the period set by applicable law.
7. Security
We use TLS, password hashing, revocable sessions, protected device storage, access controls, audit logging of moderator and administrator actions, rate limits and backups. No storage method eliminates all risk.
8. Changes and contact
